| Project Company: |
George Harms Construction |
| Problem: |
The project involved construction of four bridge piers-two for the new Route 21 over Antrak/Conrail/NJ Transit North East Corridor rail line and two for the future widening of the I-78 viaduct. The project required high levels of control and safe, high production operation. |
| Solution: |
Harms Construction used the I.C.E. 44-55 Vibrator for initial driving of 18 & 24" pipe piles to 70-90 ft and an I.C.E. 60S diesel hammer for final driving. both the 44-65 and the 60S were mounted on new I.C.E. lightweight 26" leads. |
| What the Client Says |
Without the I.C.E. equipment the project would have fallen behind schedule |
