One of the busiest bridges in the Tampa Bay area is getting a complete overhaul. The Howard Frankland Bridge that connects St. Petersburg and I-275 to Tampa sees 180,000 motorists daily. The South Alabama Mega Site Project is a $12.5 million dollar plan to expand commerce in Baldwin County, Alabama. This region is the 11th fastest growing metro area in the United States.
