APC Spring Conference

When: 4/20/2023 - 4/21/2023
Where: 1 Lincoln Square Gettysburg, PA 17325

In partnership with PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission, APC has worked with the Gettysburg Foundation to develop an interactive unique program focused on leadership and relationship development that will utilize the resources of America's most revered battlefield to help facilitate experiential learning.

The Battle of Gettysburg offers a robust case for the study of leadership: the complexity of battle, the size of the opposing armies, and the wide spectrum of personalities represented by the military leadership and civilians, offers a wide range of perspectives.  Character, communication, team-building, humility, flexibility, resilience, strategic or visionary thinking, problem solving under pressure, and accountability--are a few of the many lessons for which experiential learning at Gettysburg is effective.

Registration for this event includes programming that is relevant to both seasoned industry members and future leaders, a reception and dinner on Thursday evening and breakfast on Friday morning. An optional group ghost tour is available as an add-on.
