ICE® 20-YEARS OF SERVICE: MARVIN INNISS
March 2021
After completing high school, Inniss joined the US military where he served our country for 4 years. After he was honorably discharged, Inniss pushed himself to become a top tier diesel mechanic by attending a local technical school. It was Inniss' drive to be the best in his field and a real determination to learn more that drew the ICE® management team to him. In 2000, Inniss accepted a position on the ICE® New Jersey Branch Team.
As Inniss developed his mechanical talents and skills, he was simultaneously working to share best practices with other new ICE® mechanics. He has developed videos and training materials that would be used to grow the NJ Service Team's knowledge & enhance our service offerings within the ICE® NJ Branch. As ICE® Corporate continues to expand, it is critical that we have team members, like Inniss, helping to keep our company emphasis on client requirements while enabling all our team members. Teams are built by leaders and Inniss is just that, a great soul who is knowledgeable, happy to help and support our clients, company and team, a great leader. His excellence in service and knack for ensuring clients are satisfied, always has a direct influence on the success and service excellence that ICE® Corporate expects from its branches and management team.
In his spare time, Inniss loves dancing, traveling, cooking with his wife, and video games with his two teenage sons. Inniss is a team player at home and at work. A wise person once said, you can gauge a man's leadership abilities by the way he develops his children. Marvin Inniss is truly a great father and manager and has had these hats for many years. We at ICE® are very proud of the dedication and perseverance Inniss has shown in his 20-years with our team.
